Should My Bot Play ‘Turbo’ or ‘Regular’ Games?

Turbo.

Turbo (speed) tournaments are the type of game that we recommend the most. The game theory ICM-Bot uses is optimal for situations where blinds are high in relation to stack sizes. Turbo sit & gos arrive at this point in the tournament more quickly compared with regular sit & gos and as a result ICM-Bot has a greater advantage.

There is one exception to this suggestion. If you wish to use your poker bot at the lowest tournament stakes available ($1.20 or $3.40 buy-in), then you can feel free to play regular sit & gos as well. Because the level of play is usually weak at these tables, ICM-Bot can frequently get into the money without playing more than a few select hands. These cases allow for less of an importance placed on all-in moves and accurate push/fold strategy - often rewarding tight and passive players.
