List of Common Errors & Solutions

Can’t find download link after purchase

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders, as some mail providers (such as Hotmail) accidentally filter all poker related e-mails, particularly if they include download links.

Download folder won’t open

If you are running Windows Vista, it is possible that the file type is not recognized. This may result in you saying strange code or numbers when you try to open it. Download WinRar3.71, install it, and try opening the folder with that.

ICM-Bot will not take any action at all. My player times out as a result

If you notice ICM-RTC has your table number in its window but is not making any calculations, it is likely because you do not have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed. Windows Vista users need a different version, Windows .NET Framework 3.5.

ICM-Bot is folding every hand, including AA, KK, QQ

If you are using Full Tilt Poker in a different language, this can slightly change the table dimensions and not allow ICM-Bot to perform its actions properly. Set the language to English and see if that fixes the problem. Also, make sure the poker game type is a 9-player (turbo or regular) NL sit and go tournament.
