Don’t worry!
It does not matter if there is another ICM-Bot at your tournament table. Given that the two bots would have identical strategy, they would not take away from each other’s profit (discounting rake). Remember, an even-stacked heads-up match between two ICM-Bots is a break-even proposition.
However, if you are aware that there are more than two other ICM-Bots registered for the same tournament as yours, it would probably be in your best interest to look for another game.
